Charming Storefront Available Downtown
Starting December 1, 2017 the storefront between Urban Rustics and The Print Shop will be available for rent.
Freshly sealed, newly sanded original hardwood floors (some beautiful wood in there, birdseye, curly and tiger maple) - all new electrical, including the vintage styled department store lights. Display windows do still have the old track lights (but new wire running to them) ~ private bathroom in store, plus public bathroom near parking deck entrance in the back.
